Unbelievable Update on Obama's eligibility to run for POTUS
Reliable sources have now printed a story reportedly telling Michelle Obama's side of the story. An insider has the "scoop" reporting that the conversation was taped and it is undeniably her basically admitting that Obama had Indonesian citizenship. not sure dual citizenship would disqualify him. Asha has dual citizenship and she is natural born. all legal. though i don't know how it impacts POTUS eligibility
It would impact him because Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship during his time there. He had to give up his US citizenship and when he re-entered America he would have had to have been naturalized or had a visa. He hasn't produced either and there is speculation that he was actually born in Kenya.
in order to give up US citizenship he would have had to go to the US embassy and renounce it in front of a consular officer and it would have to been approved by State. You can't just say I give it up. Not saying he doesn't have Indo citizenship, just saying it's not as black and white as you make it out to be. lot's of countries don't allow for dula citizenship (US technically doesn't allow it) but they never enforce it so many people in the world have multiple citizenship and passports.
