Brrrr!!! It is cold and supposed to snow. I'm not in Kansas anymore. Well, no really, I'm not in Florida anymore. Visiting family in Idaho and the kids are loving the snow. Me, not so much. I knew there was a reason I moved.

*The Obama administration plans to create a task force to consider elimination of corporate loopholes and subsidies, tougher enforcement against tax avoidance, and tax simplification
*wants authority to take over private firms
*passes a 90% tax on a select group of people
*By congressional estimates, annual spending on basic government services -- programs other than defense and entitlements -- would rise by more than 10% in fiscal 2010 under the $3.6 trillion Obama plan
*Obama is defending a budget idea that would reduce the tax deduction that wealthier families can take when they make charitable donations under the guise of making it "fair" for the poor people that do it too
*From 2001-2004, Jackie Clegg Dodd (Senator Dodd, I was forced to put in the bonus provision by the Obamanations) served as an "outside" director of IPC Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda-based company controlled by AIG

This is just a small list of what has become a circus in DC. Our politicians, both sides of the spectrum, have no regard for "we the people." It is time to take back our government. This man, Daniel Hannan MEP, laid it to the British PM. "You are pathologically unable to accept responsibility..." Wow. That could be said of just about every politician, lobbyist, and spin doctor in our country today. You go Daniel.

You can occasionally see me up there with a pink backpack on. I didn't have my flags to wave as I had given them away to some of the kids that were there. It was an awesome day. You can't appreciate the size of the crowd from up front. When I see the pics taken from around the back of the crowds I am amazed.

Orlando Tea Party a HUGE success

I arrived early, 10:30 to meet up with some people from Resist-Net. Already at that time there were a few hundred people there. Luckily, I got a seat right up front. It was a great event. I would estimate around 4,000. However, the city and police on site are estimating between 5 to 6,000. That's right. 5 to 6 thousand constitution loving, patriotic, flag waving Americans who love this country and want our march towards socialism to STOP. I have lots of pics and vids to upload. We just got to see the launch of the space shuttle Discovery right from our backyard. Unfortunately, we missed the beginning, and by the time I got pictures the shuttle was just a distant point of light, looking like a star. But the resulting "cloud" from the take off was pretty. Dan was wanting to know "why's there an alien space ship coming?" Pretty funny, pretty cool. Will load pictures later.

How in the Hello are we gonna fix this?

If you've seen Madagascar 2 as many times as I have, well, I haven't actually even seen it once, but have listened to it at least 20 times....you'll know this question is from that movie. My question? How in the hello did this happen? (Click on the word this) Very disturbing. Glad we didn't get vaccinated this year. One more of those things that makes you go hmmmmm.

BTW, Bball was much better last night. A few more people actually engaged me in conversation, both boys won by large margins. Kade's game was actually called in the 3rd because they were up by 15 after Kade was last up to bat. Bases loaded, hit a triple with 3 RBI's. Way to go Kade. Still no playing at catcher, but did play
3rd base some.

Can You Name this Cookie?

I will admit it. I am somewhat of a cookie snob. I don't like store purchased/pre-made factory cookies. Homemade is the only way to go. Oreos? Cack. Any other Nabisco cookie, except maybe Vanilla Wafers with milk? Nope. Not a chance. I don't buy them...but...when it comes to Girl Scout Cookies...I'm all over it. I love the Tagalongs. Oh how I love this pre-made, peanut buttery with chocolate, bad for your health cookie. A close second is the Trefoils, soaked in milk, and then the all time favorite which has sadly moved to 3rd place on my list...the Thin Mints. Anyone else like to freeze these before eating them?

So imagine my surprise when in a month when I am working so hard to lose 5 lbs. and losing the battle because of my foot injury...my GS cookie order arrives. I had all but forgotten about it. Here is my case, yes you read that correctly, case of cookies. Thank you what ever your name is little neighbor girl down the street. They are safely locked away in my pantry. I have only had TWO Tagalongs. Not two boxes. Not two rows of a box. Just two individual cookies. I was being soooo good. But then last night I ate quite a few more Trefoils, soaked in milk, for a bed time snack. Curse you Girl Scout Cookie God!!!! I need to go eat a few more Tagalongs to feel better.

In Full Swing

It's that time of year again. We are in full baseball mode. Kade and Jake's teams are both undefeated and things are going well. Well, as well as can be expected.

Wade is coaching Kade's team. Officially, he is the head coach. Realistically, he has allowed one of his assistants (a know it all real SOB whom I don't care for) to take over as leader of the pack. This guy's kid plays catcher. So, guess who hasn't played catcher at all this year. Yup. My kid. My kid, who's father is the head coach and won't stick up for him in a manner I would like him to. My kid who is still having fun playing so I shouldn't worry about it so much. My kid who rocks as a catcher and needs to play that position some instead of being stuck all night in the outfield. My kid who will play catcher next game or else my husband will be going without any lovin' for a long time. There. I said it. I am going to use my womanly wiles to get my way. Man am I conniving or what?

I love watching the boys play ball. This year however, I am literally stuck in hillbilly hell at the ball park. Picture this. One year, your boys are playing in BH, Larry King, Kurt Rappaport, and Hector Penate are coaching. (And yes, Penate is really that Cuban, smokin' hunky hot guy. As for the reports about the affair. I don't believe them and if you know me well enough you've heard my reasons why.) You sit in the stands and talk about the Cannes Film Festival, who's who among stars and how they act on set, and what fashions will look best on what red carpet. Of course, there was more down to earth talk too, and yes, it felt a bit like the Twilight Zone to me, but now? I can't even stand to sit around too many of the people while watching Kade's games. I know part of it is my resentment towards the coaching staff, but man. Can I just say it? There are really some salt of the earth rednecks here. And not just redneck as in the car they drive, the clothes they wear. It is a LIFESTYLE. I know I am going to sound very elitist and I really don't mean to, but I just can't interact with these people. I DON'T LIKE THEM!!! Make no mistake. It isn't all because they are rednecked. I just don't like them. They are redneck "snobs". Is there such a thing? Is that an oxymoron? Do rednecked snobs even exist? Yes, they do. I've tried to be friendly, say hi, get to know people, but they have been there for years now and I am the new kid on the block. Of course, the haughty look on my face while I watch the game may be making them think the same thing about me and I totally know and recognize that. The said haughty look has to do with my disdain for the coaching though, not the people. Interestingly enough I have not entirely had the same problem with Jacob's team.

He and one other boy are the only new kids on a team that has played together for 3+ years now. The other boy's parents and I have hit it off and we get along great. The other parents really don't interact with us that much either, but at least we have each other. There again, I've said hi and tried to introduce myself, but they just aren't a real welcoming bunch of people. I really thought I would fit in better at this place, but I am so wrong. The parents in BH were so welcoming and warm and even though their reality and mine were so different, they were very nice to me and would engage me in conversations. Hell, one night I even acted as counselor, friend and confidant to Shawn. Sigh....

The SPIN MACHINE is now in full disaster-control mode over my Eminent Domain story

On February 28 at 12:54 PM EST, I published a story reporting that on her recent trip to China, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton brought with her a written agreement from the US Government which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The story reported that if the U.S. government defaulted on its debts to China, the Chinese would be able to exercise their option and "take" physical property inside the USA.

The story also quoted Bloomberg Business News which reported the Chinese had been balking at buying more U.S. Debt and "wanted guarantees for future investments in US debt." You can read that Bloomberg Story Here

My story instantly struck a nerve with the American people. Americans became enraged at the notion this was happening and they started asking questions.Within hours, the report was reproduced on LiveLeak and a host of other web sites throughout the nation. In common parlance, it went viral.

On Monday, March 2, the damage-control SPIN went into high gear. The useful idiots at WorldNet Daily, ever anxious to protect their White House Press Credentials, did a story on this subject and reported that someone in the US State Department says the story has no basis in fact.

Next, the dingbats at SNOPES.com reported my story was "false" . . . . . . and used as their logic the fact that no other media outlet has reported this. So. . . . . . if I'm the first to report it, and no one other than me reports it. . . that somehow makes it untrue? How's that for circular logic?
They then went on to smear me as having fabricated the story.

Remember too that the Mikkelsons who run SNOPES.com are members of the same Oy Vey tribe that brought us the whole financial mess in the first place. The oy vey crowd "would never lie" to protect the financial interests of their fellow tribe members, would they? Yea. Right.

I stand-by my report.

Lets look at the irrefutable facts:

Did Hillary go to China?
Yes

Was the subject of China purchasing more US debt a big part of Hillary's trip?
Yes.

Did the Chinese make it known they wanted "Guarantees" for their investments as reported by Bloomberg Business News?
Yes.

Does the US Government have the power of Eminent Domain?
Yes (US Constitution, Fifth Amendment)

Can states limit the federal power of Eminent Domain?
No [Court proof and definitions Here]

Can the federal government grant to a private or outside party, an aspect of federal power?
YES (The Federal Reserve Act is one major example, which granted the federal power to issue money to the privately owned federal reserve)

DO I have any financial interest whatsoever in reporting this story?
NO (No ads run on this blog and it derives no revenue at all)

Does the government have EVERY financial interest in denying this story?
YES

So, if you had any doubt, Congress knew what the administration was planning and when a Republican tried to insert an Amendment to the federal spending Bill to specifically PREVENT the use of Eminent Domain, the Amendment was DEFEATED. Congress knows what the administration is doing with China / Eminent Domain and they clearly intend to let it happen.

I cannot make you believe anything. I trust you to use your common sense. The feds are snakes and we all know it. They are desperate for money and we all know it. The feds know that my report will drive a stake through the heart of their supply of foreign debt buyers and they are utterly desperate to stop my story dead in its tracks.

I would really like to see an occupant of the White House tone it down a little. Live a little like us "common folk". I don't care which party said occupant belonged to, I would just like to see them use a little more common sense, courtesy, and judiciousness when it comes to spending mine and yours money. It is going to be a long four years!!!

Here's what I mean

With our economy tanking, the DOW at it's lowest numbers since 1997, and the trillions of dollars the Obamanation has pledge to spend to get us out of this trouble, why do they have to be having extravagant parties at our expense? They say it is everyone's house and it is open to everyone. Why not take some of those who have lost their jobs and can't feed their families and invite them in? I don't see that happening. For those non-french speaking here my title translates to : Let them eat Cake!!
