- Berg's lawsuit against Obama and the DNC: today was the deadline for Obama's atty to file their response to the request for admission. They have not done so therefore by de facto have admitted all of Berg's claims. (See America's Right for details)
“According to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a party upon whom requests for admissions have been served must respond, within 30 days, or else the matters in the requests will be automatically deemed conclusively admitted for purposes of the pending action.
On September 15, Philip Berg served Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee with a request for admissions. The Federal Rules require that a response be filed within the 30-day time limit, and Barack Obama and the DNC have not.”
- Obama suddenly suspends his campaign to fly to Hawaii to visit his sick grandmother
- An hour or so before Obama’s announcement, conservative commentator and Obama critic Andy Martin was scheduled to file an emergency petition with the Hawaii Supreme Court to “release Barack Obama’s family records,” including his “birth certificate and related records.”
- Joe Biden seems to be stumping for his opponent: ie his claims that within 6 months of taking office Obama's international policies will be tried by a catastrophic event ie. the attack of Israel by Iran and maybe Russia
