Pro Hamas Rallies Across America
I'm guessing that most of you probably didn't know this, but yesterday, all across our great nation, there were pro hamas rallies held. I was on the verge of going to the one in Tampa to quietly hold up my pro Israel signs, but being sick and not having anyone to take care of the little guys at home put a quick stop to that plan. Sadly, if I am reading a blog post on Atlas Shrugs correctly, there were only 3 pro-Israeli ralliest there. I wish I could've made it. But here is a video of the one in Ft. Lauderdale. As you watch this compare and contrast the difference to the reaction of my faith when a temple and church was almost stormed by the gays and gay supporters in Westwood. Notice how the majority of the women are covered up. Notice how they bring their children to an event that almost became quite violent, an event where they are yelling vulgarity and hatred. Notice how when they are called to prayer by their immam that there are no women there praying with them. Listen to the hatred, the anger, and the vile coming out of their mouths. All in the name of their religion which they espouse to be peaceful.
These immigrants come to our country, bringing their hatred and enmity with them. They expect us, as a nation, to accept it, to embrace it, and we as the infidels are offered only three possibilities: death, conversion to Islam, or a life of permanent humiliation, degradation, and physical insecurity as dhimmis under Muslim rule.
Folks, this is starting to happen in your backyard. The politically correct in this country are going to give away our rights, freedoms, and liberties by not standing up to this and stopping it before it is too late. Europe is probably beyond the point of being able to stop the "islamization" of many of it's countries. Sharia courts operate in Britain and look into Holland to see what has happened there. Europeans are quickly learning to expect daily attacks that used to be unheard of.
Two Israelis attacked in Denmark mall, from the Jerusalem Post, December 31
Two Israelis were lightly wounded when they were shot by a group of men in a mall in Copenhagen, Denmark on Wednesday afternoon.
The Israelis were selling Dead Sea cosmetics at a stand in the mall - a job many young Israelis pursue, usually following military service, in order to save money for their future, and to continue their travels.
A group of men with Middle Eastern-looking features approached them and an altercation developed. A man in the group then brandished a weapon and fired at the Israelis.
The public's assistance was requested in capturing the shooter, who was probably a Palestinian, police said. His getaway car was already found but he had fled on foot....
It is time to stand up for and support Israel. Check out http://www.jihadwatch.org/ for much more info on what is happening world wide.
I find peace in the fact that over 150 years ago, Orson Hyde traveled to the holy land to dedicate the Mount of Olives. In his prayer on the Mount of Olives he invoked the Lord’s blessings on both the land and on all the children of Abraham. There, with pen and paper, he recorded a prayer of dedication previously given him by revelation. In the prayer, he asked the Lord to inspire “kings and the powers of the earth” to help “restore the kingdom unto Israel.” He also prayed that the Lord would remember his promises to all the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. In the years since that prayer, we have seen the fulfillment of many of Elder Hyde’s requests. More are yet to be fulfilled. (David B. Galbraith, “Orson Hyde’s 1841 Mission to the Holy Land,” Ensign, Oct 1991)

Guitar Hero ROCKS!!!
I mentioned in my last post that Kade got Guitar Hero as one of his gifts. He had saved his money and purchased an X Box off of Ebay earlier this year. At Sams club I found the latest GH version that came with 2 wireless guitars and the game for under $100 bucks. I can't put the dang thing down!! FINALLY a video game that I can BEAT WADE AT!!!!! Yippee!!!! Wade and I have had so much fun playing that we went out to Walmart and found the drums for under $50 and now we can play in band mode. Not to stroke my own ego or anything, but you really need to know how good I am at the drums. I have mastered the medium level and am moving on to hard. My youngest brother was slightly impressed by this as he was under the impression that the drums were hard. Even my kids are in awe of my awesome drumming skills. My 6th & 7th grade percussion playing days are finally paying off! I've looked at all of the stores to find the microphone for band mode to add in the vocals (you have to know what a karaoke singing fool I am to understand my absolute need for this) Unfortunately no dice. It seems to only come in Rock Band. There is a singing game for X Box that comes with 2 mics, but I'm not sure that they will work with GH, so I need to do some research on the matter.
Kade is waiting, impatiently, but waiting, for his hard drive to come in the mail. Once it is here and we are so going live and I challenge you, yes you, each and everyone one of you, to a live GH band rock off. Get your band together. Get your fingers rocking. Warm up your vocals because the game is ON!!!!! (If you happen to have a PS2 or 3 or Wii GH I am really disappointed and slightly deflated at this point. Your mission if you are willing to accept it: FIND SOMEONE WITH AN X BOX LIVE AND STALK THEM UNTIL THEY ALLOW YOU TO BEG BORROW OR STEAL THEIR UNIT!!!)

Christmas morning, my first time picking up the guitar and becoming HOOKED!!

Christmas '08
We all had a nice day yesterday, for the most part. Of course, Kyrie and Wade got into it last night, nothing new there, and Daniel started throwing up again last night, but I think everyone had a good morning. Started out opening presents and I think everyone was happy with their gifts.
Dan and Jake both got HUGE Bag the Bed Bean Bags. Remember my puff pillow? Well, these are about 2X the size of mine that was so fun and comfy. Jake slept on his last night, Daniel barfed on his. The covers are removable and washable thank goodness. When you take the covers off they lay out into queen sized puffy "beds". Pretty cool.
Kade's main gift of an X Box hard drive and an I Pod touch look-a-like didn't arrive in the mail yet, but he did get his Guitar Hero and everyone has had a great time playing it.
Kyrie's main request was UGG boots, chestnut, tall. I ordered what she told me, but apparently not the right ones. She wanted classic. Well, she didn't tell me classic, so she is going to ship them back for an exchange. She was happy with her new comforter set though.
Wade received the entire collection of 007 movies up to Casino Royale and a juicer. We picked as many tangerines off of our tree as we could and made some fresh juice. Pretty tasty! I got a nice papasan chair from Pier 1. We received a beautiful nativity from the Fosters that they picked up while they were in Israel. Since I've always so admired Sarah's nativity she brought back I was very happy to see this one. Will take a photo of it later and post it.
Made breakfast, had a nice dinner and now am left with the mess to clean up. Not to forget the true meaning of Christmas though: I am so grateful for the birth of our Saviour and the ultimate gift that he and our Father in Heaven gave to us.
Now, HAPPY BIRTHDAY WADE. YOU ARE OFFICIALLY AN OLD MAN!!!

Uh huh, Yeah, What Ever
What a bunch of sick twisted freaks looking for any excuse to indulge in self gratification w/o thought of the consequences.

Joy To the World...Daniel Just Barfed
I had been reading on line about the problem England is having with a severe stomach virus that is threatening to cripple their hospital systems. I even considered the odds of hitting Disney World, knowing that there would be many English people there, and one of us contracting the dreaded disease. Sure enough...Daniel just puked. Needless to say, I'm sure I'm next as he likes to share my drinks when I'm not looking. Christmas is going to be oh so fun.
WARNING TMI COMING: As I'm scrubbing the puke up out of the carpet, not to mention scrubbing the grease out too because some nameless person used my scrub brush to clean the grill unbeknown to me, that unnamed person wanted to know if he was still getting "lucky" tonight....ummmmm...ladies....what do you think?

Watch Me Slam My Head in the Door....again and again and again
***UPDATE***MEA CULPA!! These awards were given by the Media Research Center for the years worst reporting. I feel better, but still can't stand Matthews and Olbermann****
The MSM just came out with their best of notable quotables for 2008. You can find them here Check it out, if only to see the categories. Why these things are considered the most notable quotes of the year is beyond me.
These make me want to slam my head in the door, repeatedly just to be able to ignore the pain they cause. Listening to Keith Olbermann literally makes blood spurt from my eyes.

I'm sure Olbermann and Matthews are involved in some sick twisted gay lover triangle with some poor unsuspecting woman. Oh, wait? I need to verify my facts before reporting them as news? You mean nobody really wants to hear my political view spouted as fact and what the public is really thinking? Well, dang. I guess these two missed what investigative journalism, well, any type of journalism really is when taking all of those classes in college. Who'da thunk it?
