This has been floating around the blogosphere for a few days now. We were all hoping it wasn't true, but sadly, it seems to be. Man, I hope this is wrong!!! Just reporting, don't take it as fact just yet.
"Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

I'm as disgusted and angry as I have ever been over something. This man in his quest to turn our beloved country into a communist state has now just handed the reigns of said march to the Commies of China. Why any of us would bother to pay our mortgages or taxes on the land we own is beyond me. It is time for a revolt!!! I attended the Orlando Tea Party yesterday. Will post pics later. Getting my concealed carry permit next Sat and hitting the gun show following the class. It's time to lock and load. God help us all.

Breaking in the Glock
Just returned from the firing range. I think I did pretty good considering it's been well over 20+ years since I've fired a handgun. I hit the center of the target on the X twice and in the 7-8-9 range the majority of the time. Only missed the shadow 2X and not by much. Overall, a good start. Let's see. I think it was at about 30 yards out. Not sure. How long is a typically range? I had the target 1/2 way out. I actually hit better than Wade did until he took a good stance. Firing like a criminal with your body turned and a one hand hold just doesn't do it. Kade and Jacob had a turn too. We were all shocked at how loud this weapon is. Bam. BAm. BAM. Very powerful. I've really learned that being shot would not be fun!!!

Wow. Finally some sanity from the MSM...CNBC no less
What. It only took the death of capitalism, the imprisonment of our children's finanical futures/freedoms, and Obambam promising to pay for bad mortgages? What did they think would happen when they helped elect this man?

And I can't help but wonder if Obambam's idea of creating more jobs and stimulating the economy is going to be done in this way....flying around the country in a private 747 to sign said bill in one state, then fly to another to announce his mortgage bailout plan, thus helping increase the amount of jet fuel used since it is in a slump, and adding to, according to Al Gore and the like, green house gases, thus giving more people in bigger gov't the opportunity to create more fear and lies to further enslave those who buy into the disproved arguement, but still create more jobs through bigger gov't to help study it and "control" it through regulation....whew. That was a tough sentence to structure. Even some of the kids at the HS he visited in AZ seem to get it.
"The students also questioned why Obama chose their school for his speech since he wasn't talking about education and wondered how much money the district spent on beautifying the campus while district positions and services are being cut.
District officials noted this week that the landscaping project completed over the weekend at Dobson was already in the works and was just expedited by the president's visit. Funding came from voter-approved bonds.
New sod was laid in front of the school Tuesday, and Daudfar said, "The joke at the school is they're going to take it away when he (Obama) leaves."
AP government teacher Jeff Sherrer said his students "feel very strongly about the issues, maybe more than the general population." He thought at least one of his students was outside protesting, and he had planned to take his students outside as a class project to show them what was going on but didn't get the chance."
